2fachai Platform Agreement

By creating an account on 2fachai, accessing the website, downloading the 2fachai Progressive Web App, or using any service offered by 2fachai, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the 2fachai platform from time to time.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the 2fachai platform, including visitors, registered players, and VIP members. Your continued use of the 2fachai platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

This Agreement is effective as of the date you first access or use the 2fachai platform, whichever is earlier. If you are accessing 2fachai on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms.

To use the 2fachai platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGC OR).
2. You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity.
3. You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
4. You must not be an employee, director, officer, or agent of 2fachai, or an immediate family member of any such person.
5. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
6. You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by 2fachai or any Philippine gaming regulatory authority.

2fachai reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued identification card, proof of address, or proof of age. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or termination.

To access the full range of 2fachai services, you must register a player account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) account on the 2fachai platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different names, is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• Use a strong, unique password for your 2fachai account.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Notify 2fachai immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly on shared devices.

2fachai will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have previously notified 2fachai of unauthorized access.

2fachai supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, all of which are compliant with Philippine payment regulations:

• GCash
• PayMaya / Maya
• Bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank
• Debit card (Visa/Mastercard debit, not credit)

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. 2fachai does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits made from unverified or third-party sources may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 2fachai reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are provided as estimates only.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the 2fachai platform cashier section. These limits may be adjusted from time to time at 2fachai's discretion. All amounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated.

2fachai offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all 2fachai bonuses:

1. Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must be wagered the specified number of times before they or any associated winnings can be transferred to the withdrawable balance.
2. Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3. Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
4. 2fachai reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
5. Players who attempt to abuse bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies, or other methods designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended.
6. Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above only, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations.

All games available on the 2fachai platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. In the event of a discrepancy between the game display and the 2fachai server records, the server records shall be deemed authoritative.

2fachai uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the rules of the respective game as displayed in the live game interface.

If you believe a game outcome was incorrect or that a technical error affected your gameplay, you must submit a dispute to 2fachai customer support within 72 hours of the relevant game session. Disputes submitted after this period may not be considered. 2fachai's decision on all gameplay disputes is final and binding.

In the event of a technical malfunction, network failure, or other system error that affects the integrity of a game, 2fachai reserves the right to void the affected game round and return all wagers placed during that round to the players' accounts.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 2fachai platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the 2fachai platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Using the 2fachai platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 2fachai staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the 2fachai platform software.

All content on the 2fachai platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the platform, is the property of 2fachai or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 2fachai platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 2fachai platform without the prior written consent of 2fachai.

The 2fachai name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of 2fachai. You may not use any 2fachai trademark without the prior written permission of 2fachai.

2fachai collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the 2fachai platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

2fachai implements industry-standard security measures, including TLS encryption and two-factor authentication, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and 2fachai cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

2fachai may share your personal data with third parties where required by Philippine law, regulatory authorities, or as necessary to provide the services described on the platform. 2fachai will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 2fachai, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 2fachai platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunction or network failure.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond 2fachai's control.
• Any reliance on information or content published on the 2fachai platform.

In no event shall 2fachai's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 2fachai account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude 2fachai's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

2fachai reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a regulatory authority.
• Inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon termination of your account for reasons other than breach or fraud, any verified withdrawable balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable verification requirements. Bonus balances and winnings derived solely from bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon termination.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

2fachai operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the 2fachai platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

2fachai reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 2fachai will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms will be effective from the date of publication on the 2fachai website.

Your continued use of the 2fachai platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting customer support.
