a) Service Providers

• Customer support communications are retained for two (2) years from the date of the last interaction.
• Technical and usage logs are retained for up to twelve (12) months, after which they are anonymized or deleted.
• KYC documents are retained for the period required by PAGCOR and AMLC regulations, which may extend beyond account closure.

If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account. If you believe that a minor has registered on the 2fachai Platform, please contact us immediately at the details provided in Section 13.

The 2fachai Platform is operated primarily for Filipino players and is designed to comply with Philippine data protection law. However, some of our third-party service providers — including cloud infrastructure and identity verification providers — may process data in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.
